The issue was that information on how to get the 2 points with Regan was misleading.

Did you also try the steps I mentioned to get the points?
Call Regan twice. Respond C on 2nd call.
On 2nd call from Regan respond not C then C.

Press jky to display a progress screen. It will show a list of actions GG Points have been awarded for with a total. It also show what path you are on A, B, or C.

I've had crashes in the Evidence Room too. I have the Tex4 patch which hasn't corrected it.
