I have to disagree, I would at least want Pandora Quality with more Quantity... But in principle I agree with you... A New Tex does not need to be State of the art modern technology... It doesn't need a 3 Gig processor and 3 gig memory with 1 gig video and all that hype...
But no one is going to Fund a game that would be Outdated before it is every mass produced...
We just have to face facts that we probably won't get Tex back, that doesn't mean to stop hoping and talking about wanting it back...

I think the idea of wanting a new Tex game that is electronically advanced would be rude of us as a tex community to "deman." Only reason why I say that is because it is so damn hard for AC and CJ to get a new Tex game off the ground, who are we to demand something more than what we will get? As far as I'm concerned, if it ended up being like UAKM as far graphics and gameplay, so be it. Doesn't matter a lick to me...I just want the game and story. I can live with "Not as good as Pandora" graphics and video sequences, because UAKM was great as it was because Tex and the storyline made it great. And the same would be said about a new Tex game...we don't need to worry ourselves about how great the imaging of the game will be...all we need to worry about is the story being finished one way or another.
