Music in clip...

Sometimes on Youtube if the original poster doesnt credit music, then the people in the comments answer questions on music credits (sometimes depending on if someone asks). In the Youtube comments someone says the end music is "most likely Jack's Women" by Sean Callery from the 24 Seasons 4 and 5 Soundtrack which seems available here (another suggested Jack's Humanity but someone suggested that is probably not right, I have no way to verify that).

Thanks Sai, but I know for a fact its none of the tracks suggested in the comments, as im a huge 24 fan... have both the soundtracks from the show, so i know its not piece from 24, but thanks for ya answer

You're right, it's not from 24. It's from a movie, and I can almost remember which one it is from. Argh!

Aww rats, thats a shame... Well I hope someone remembers too actually because I think it sounds like a really nice piece too as I like that sort of stuff. Only background music makers I am very familiar with though is Globus which seems to be a spinoff from Incidental Music.
