UAKM - possible bug

In the fax that you find at Chin's apartment is written her date of birth as being "10/14/42" but the safe in the wall only opens with the date "10/14/12". Is this a bug in the game?

There have been a few threads about this... The date on the card is the BirthDAY Date 10/14/42, not the Birth Date 10/14/12... And since Eddie is 30, you take 30 years away from the BirthDAY date and you end up with Eddie's actual Birth Date...

Let say I was born on March 9th 1979... Well today March 9th, 2009 is my Birthday, but instead of changing the combination on my safe every year, I'm just going to make it my Birthday Date...

Understand??? It can be a little confusing to a lot of people... I was puzzled with it for the first couple of minutes when I first played the game as well...

You have misread the letter... the fax is dated as being sent 10/14/12 (not her date of birth being that date)... and the letter also says she is 30 years old. So minus how old she is from the current date and you have her exact date of birth which is the combination of the safe: 101412
