Pirates, vampires, zombies, ninjas, ghouls, aliens, goblins, monsters, robots, sorcerers, undead, werewolves, demons, mutated dinosaur-cyborgs and those pesky phone salesmen! The shotgun is a one-size-fits-all solution!
Oh, I can't wait to get home from work tonight and check it out!
cub,

I'm a bit confused after reading,

a DVD, fully authored, complete with menu, personalised cover art and disc art, and posted to everyone on the guest list.

I didn't get mine or does that mean I am not on the guest list.

Cubase,

great job with your "The Engagement" trailer! I applaud everybody performance on screen along with your fiance Mel performance, too. Cub, you should consider making a 15-30 minute series on Youtube, perhaps?

I know Adrian Carr will be please with your performance if he seen the trailer yet as he is a director over the years and maybe he'll give you some advice or tips to bring your filmmaker up a notch.:)
btw-if I was a guest at your wedding, Cubase, I'll fly to Australia for a whole week and have fun but I already have a vacation for family reunion in a few weeks but it will be 12-16 hour flight from U.S to Australia I assume.
At first I thought it was cheesy as hell. Then I realized it was a wedding invitation and hastily rewrote my review to read: "Best wedding invitation! Ever!"

Although at the beginning, before the alien shows up, I just kept thinking of this Simpsons episode:

HA! Awesome, just awesome. Good job man.
LOL - 5 stars for originality!

So, let me just get this right...this video was basically an invitation distributed to people for your engagement party? That is awesome, terrific stuff. I've seriously never seen or heard of a concept so gloriously off the wall. I must admit, when I saw the CGI and some of the acting (apologies), I started to have my fears for you in that if you were intending to submit the video to a major studio, they would smite it. But that's completely the opposite of what it was about.

It was all for love :)
Pretty brilliant, mate. I can't wait for the feature-length film release. :)
Oh, and upon further review, I think it's an E87 not an E90 as I had thought in the other thread, so my bad.
Not sure how you came up with this invite idea, but it's brilliant!

It's time to add neo wedding planner to your company site!
