anyway good episode I must remember not to eat while watching this show.

I sooo wished I had ordered Pizza for that Episode... I think from now on Sunday night is going to be Pizza night... Order it right around 8:15pm, it will get just before the show starts and I'll be good to go...
You can't watch horror and gore without Pepperoni & Mushroom Pizza, you just can't...
Very good start to the Season... I do feel bad about Hershel though... Hope we don't lose him altogether... We lose somebody though, that's for sure, they showed us a grave and previews keep having Rick say "We Spilled Blood"... Question is, who dies???
Now we've got prisoners to worry about, will they be headache or heaven sent??? Probably both...
No, I didn't start reading the comics, so I have no idea how the story pans out or is suppose to play out... These questions are from a Show Watcher only, so forgive me if they seem ignorant or stupid to any of you readers...
Anyone else watch the follow up show "Talking Dead"???

Missed the talking dead.
I don't want them to kill Hershel......
I want them to kill his blond kid who was like "poor me, the world is coming to an end, and I want to kill myself."
She serves no purpose....
My guess is the black guy will die when they run into Merle... I am sure he is still pissed about the whole leaving him on the roof incident.

Oh dear...I think I'll have to wait for this to show on a major network with the super gross stuff edited out. No way on earth I could stomach it. I've heard it's a great show otherwise!

episode 2,
another great episode, had to cover my face when carol was pulling up the dress on that female, OMG I couldn't watch that.
I wonder how many seasons this show will have, as it is very popular.

I'm pretty pumped to see the next episode, as it looks like we're going to get to see Woodbury.

I think most people are more excited to see Merle than they are to see Woodbury... I'm not all that interested in this little town thing they've got going on... Seems like the good old Governor is running a dictatorship rather than trying to maintain civilization...
Plumgas, shame you hung your head, there wasn't really anything to see... A dirty pair of panties and then a pair of hip bones... Carol just started to cut and they cut the scene to somebody watching her from the trees...
Though I don't see how cutting on a decaying corpse is practicing for a live C-Section... But if they can get Hershel up on a peg-leg soon enough, he'll be able to preform the surgery himself...
As for how long the show will run, that is left open too way too many variables... The actors will undoubtedly notice the popularity of the show, therefore some will most likely want more money per-episode when it comes time to talk contracts... Plus the more the show tries to do the more production costs go up, so then the studio has to decide if they want to keep the show on...
Terra Nova was a simple of that... The show was extremely popular, but it just cost too much to make, so the studio had to drop it... I don't think TWD is in any danger of this occurring, but it is always a possibility in the future...
Hopefully the show has a decent future...

lol baf , it was a bit cool last night & I had a blanket wrapped over my legs so I just pulled the blanket over my face & then had a peek, which was the part that the dress lifted up to her middle. I wasn't sure what I was going to see.

Most people haven't read the comic. Woodbury is a turning point in the show where zombies are no longer the worst things out there.

Which is why the Comics have been kept out of this discussion, it ruins it for people who don't read the comics... Most of us are just show goers and then you go and say something like that and it ruins the surprise for those expecting something else...
For me, no I didn't expect Woodbury to be Mayberry, but I didn't need a comment like that thrown at me either...
Besides you, I think Jen is one of our only active posters who reads the comics and she has tactfully kept the comics out of her comments... I politely and respectfully ask that you do the same or please post in a more comic active forum for the show...
I may not read the comics, but I do know that the comics are quite a bit further along in the storyline than the show is and to throw futuristic comments from the comics in a discussion with people who don't read it, it just isn't right...
We may get to see Woodbury in the next coming episode, but I doubt we'll see what Woodbury is really about for several episodes yet to come...
Of course Zombies aren't the worst thing out there... Rick Grimes and Daryl Dixon are the worst things out there... hahaha
Apologies if any of that came off overly rude, not my intention at all... Just trying to ask, Please keep the comics out of this thread... Most of us commenting here are speculating as to what we think might happen in coming episodes {and in some cases are genuinely shocked}, whereas people who have read the comics have a greater chance of really knowing what's going to happen {even though the show can deviate from the comics and has in some aspects}...
