PS my new years resolution to get back into shape. diet doing verry well lost 3.1 stones or 20.8 kilograms if thats easyer. have another 1.7 stones to go or 11.8 kilograms im about 178 cm tall so acording to the numbers i would be ok at 80 kilograms. U do the math and figure out how heavy i was. ohh dont matter got the list here anyways i was 112.6 kilograms and thats 17 stones.

anyways bb have funn ill be probebly gaining a bit the next few days with all the feesting.
