Speaking of MIA, how about our dear brother Michel Pronk? Haven't heard from him in a bit. For that matter, we haven't heard much from our old buddy Ryan Patton. Where are you guys?

Dang Jim,
Sounds like like need to hire a team of PIs to hunt down all the absent posters.
Anyway to everyone else, I've currently got a list of eight people. Anybody else want on the list let me know. I plan to email out the list to Cub, Jen,James, and Fred as previously suggested sometime next week.

Okay everybody a week has gone by and I got one more response. I've got a total of 10 people on the list. I've sent off an email to Jim, Cubase, and Fred. That way we've got a man on 3 continents.
Hopefully we won't have to use them. Anybody else wants to be added on the list later, just send me a PM and I'll add you and resend.

I agree, Baf. We have, like, hindreds of members and most do not post often. Still, there are dozens of regulars and it would be nice to get more info from them. BTW, your privacy is protected; none of us are looking for some kind of wierd advantage, we just need to know if you are still alive and well if you disappear for a while. The thing with the Doc had us all scared!

Yeah, I don't post all that often but I check the board at least twice a day. I sent my info, but told her to watch for my last log on date to gauge if something strange in my neighborhood. Then you know who to call... Me, what were you guys thinking?

We'll go through PMs first, then Emails, and when still unanswered we will make phone calls and if those fail we will resort to Certified mail {where applicable}...
As with DrPaul, if he hadn't responded to Jim's and my Voice Mails, I was going to send a Certified Letter the Address Jim had found... Someone would have had to sign for that and I would have been notified when that happened...
But that's at the extreme end... We had exhausted all other forms of communication trying to get DrPaul to respond, sadly though we didn't want to but, the unthinkable started to creep in...
Thankfully he responded and all is well...
Sadly there are some missing members that we don't have contact info for... We can just hope that they resurface... Thomas Malloy being among the top of that list...

Hey Jim,
Also as a backup plan, we can form another network on Facebook. You can easily check up on people on a daily basis and chat with them as well via Facebook's instant messaging program.
You know all this reminds me of an episode of Friends. I don't know if you've watched this show or not. In the show, they live across the street from another apartment complex. They often look out their window and see a guy across the street in his apartment. He never wears any clothes and they call him "Ugly, Naked Guy".
One day they notice he's not moving. Some of them think he's just sleeping but the others think he might be dead. They debate what to do since they don't know which apartment number he lives in. They decide to make a giant stick to poke him with to check if he's still alive. They take all their take out chopsticks from Chinese restaurant's and tape them all together. The make a really long stick to reach the guy in the other apartment. It turns out he was only sleeping.
We were lucky this time everything turned out comical as well. But I could so easily have gone the other way. I remember a few years ago at work, a lady didn't come into the work. She was always very punctual and would never be late without calling. She didn't answer her phone and the next day the boss went over to her apartment. The manager let him in and they found her dead in the apartment. She had died the day before. So bad stuff like this really does happen.
