i know, but front cover says "an epic sci-fi role playing adventure" and it`s not that far from the truth

unfortunatly, it can`t be done until tom hall get the intellectual property rights back in his hands

for those who`s interested in what it`s all about, but don`t want/haven`t much time to play it anachronox: the movie can be interesting

I think I played it when I was like 13 or 14 (not sure how far after release I played it) but even today I don't think I'm much better at puzzles (maybe worse? ). I remember spending a lot of time doodling all those symbols and such down to try and figure things out. But I think I did give in and get a walkthrough. No internet back then so I probably had it mailed to me via the studio's support, sometimes they were pretty nice about doing that so I could avoid expensive game hintlines! I also remember there was a bad batch of discs and I got a glitch at some point that got me stuck (I think on the train) and had to get sent another disc heh. But it was all worth it
though I seem to remember the ending being a bit dissapointing for me
. Good game overall though. :D

How does Tom Hall not have the rights to Anachronox when ION storm went bankrupt??

Who has them right now?? Eidos Interactive???

As for the movie, I found a rare torrent of the dvd they put together of the Machinima complete with special features and trailers.

It is really hard to find though. I found it years ago.
