I just finished watching from Pirates of the Caribbean 3.

Fantastic! I am tempted to say it is better than the first two put together. However, there were MANY references and situations in this one that required a good memory of events in the first two films.

You will not be disappointed. Well, I wasn't, anyway. I hope you won't be either.

P.S.

If you see it, you should stay until after the credits. There is a brief 10 Years After scene when the credits are finished.

Yes, and he was pretty awesome in the part, small though it was.

I thought it was a lot of fun, better than 2. And the after credits scene could be a great jumping off point for a sequel. Sorry to those of you who think three are enough, but I wouldn't mind another Pirates in the future.

Oh well, I am sure it will be on the DVD.

I really liked the film and thought it was entertaining. The story was a bit all over the place, and kinda hard to follow, but it was very entertaining.

I for one felt that the story surpassed the complexity of the second one. So much was happening and it made a lot of sense. Frankly I wish I could write that well

Granted that the ending scene with the Armada was a bit disappointing. Most POTC fans were hoping for a big battle with the Endeavor and the entire fleet. Of course that would have been pretty impossible.

I've also noticed that fans hated the scene with Calypso turning into a huge woman.. It would have been better if she had either turned into water or a lightning bolt which has been suggested on many sites.

But overall it was an excellent movie.. a bit too quick but still good.

Yeah I have, but it was still very hard to follow... perhaps I need to watch the marathon.
