the lunar eclipse this morning (Depend on your timezone) before sunrise.

This reminds me of UNDER KILLING MOON game of Lunar Eclipse.

I saw it at work around 4am (MT) and it was cool seeing it.

Clarify please, i thought for sec that blood-lunar eclipse was part of holy bible where moon turned blood-red lunar moon where end of world or devils comes or this is different?
That looks amazing. I was going to watch it but I forgot. I can't confirm that that is in the Bible, but I can't remember anything like that.

Yeah I saw that in the sky and thought the same thing.. "so that's what a killing moon looks like :D"
I actually heard about this happening from someone at work, and arrived home about 45 minutes before it happened. I watched it for a while. Really cool effect.
I'm not fat ... I'm festively plump.
Yeah I whipped out my telescope and had a geez. The surface looked very errie in the red haze... although from the naked eye it was almost like looking at Mars. Took longer than I expected though, but it was pretty good to see.

I have never experienced a solar though... although the last we had here in the Southern Hemisphere was in the 70's... but of course I was not around then.

Well i think people were referring to more of a Red tinge to the moon during the Lunar eclipse... and if going by that logic they would associate it with Under a Killing Moon, not becuase the moon was red (it was always blue in the game)... but the sky around it was red.

WOW! I would soo love to make a cover for UAKM with that :D And it looked red to me but had a white top. Looked almost like Mars, but then I guess that has something to do with being the lowest point of Australia. Sucks to be Adelaide :(

I think if you flipped the moon vertical you'd see how it looked in Australia :D
