Movie Splicer

Hey I made a Real Player movie that YouTube wouldnt take because it was over 10 minutes. Do you guys know of any free programs I could use to splice it down?

Use google video. You can load as many video files as you want with no size limitations. You won't have to splice it.

Alternatively, Sony Vegas is excellent for editing movies.

Not free though.
Google for AVI splitter. or MOV splitter.
