Hey ho everyone, Sowden here. I don't really have alot to say except that I am here in Japan visiting a buddy of mine who has been living over here for the past year or so. If I get some cool photos, I'll be sure to post some. Later.

Bring home a bottle of star sand as a souvenir (ask your friend if you don't know what it is!)! Hint: it's found mainly on the southern islands.

Good for you, Sowden! Back in the 60's when I was in the Army, Japan was considered the best place in the world to serve. Hope you have a great time!

I jest, I jest! Please don't hit me with your cane and throw your dentures at me..?

Seriously though, I'm pretty comfortable making smalltalk and exchanging the odd joke with you Jim, you seem well at ease with it.

Plus, you know us young whippersnappers gots NO respect fer our elders! :D

Hey ho everyone. Well, I'm back in my home town in Texas now. I got back maybe three days ago. But the jet lag is still killing me.

wingkong, I was staying in a tiny town called Kasanuma. Its right off of the Pacific coast, and its mostly a fishing town. So there was all this great sea food there. It was amazing. I took a video of it and if i ever get it finished, I'll post it on here.

Anyway, later.

Fred, Fred, Fred. I would NEVER throw my cane or dentures at you! They cost too darn much!

Sounds like a great time. I can't wait to check out the video. I'm going to have to be vicarious for a while while I save my pennies to take a trip out there.
