...steady job.
The place I work at is hiring new people straight off new years. I've been working as a temp there since mid-summers, and out of 200 applicants and 9 available spots I got in.
I have found steady, safe employment, and thus a large portion of my life the next years has become rock solid.
It's a relief, to be honest.

Yeah, it is. I'm 25 years old and haven't been able to get hold of a steady job the last five years. I've been temping on and off, and that can get on your nerves when you start thinking about how long your contract will last, will I still be working next month and so on. It feels really great, knowing I won't have that feeling hanging over me anymore.

Congrats!
I doubt i will get a steady job till i finish this degree.
In the meantime, any job will do... but one that doesn't dick me around. That's happened far too often =/
...
Anyway, congrats!

Yeah man congratulations. Nothing better then being locked into a steady job... actually that's a lie; the only thing better than having a steady job is not having to work, but that kind of defeats the purpose.

I'm an operator working on the factory floor at REC (Renewable Energy Corporation) making the essential components in solar panels; the silicon wafer.

If you manage to get hold of the other components for a solar energy panel, AND the means to produce it, AND pay the shipment fee, sure
