Wow! It seems half the members were born in August! I've never seen so many in one month. Could it be holiday cheer? You know, from Thanksgiving to Xmas there's a lot of partying, drinking and apparently loving. That could account for so many Aw-gust birthdays.

Well November get pretty cold and the nights are long. And there's probably not much on tv aside from Christmas adverts.

there are so many august birthdays because august is the greatest month to have a birthday. Not really. lol

August was a great month to have a Birthday as a kid, because you always got to have a Pool-Party for your Birthday Party...

But as suggested there are a lot more Holiday Parties, people drinking a bit, so therefore thoughts of protection are placed on the back burner until after the fact...

Many August birthdays usually means that most parents of folks here on the board REALLY enjoyed themselves around Christmas and New Years time.

that is a very astute observation....but the thought of my parents "rockin' around the christmas tree" is just damn wrong.
