What now, LeMosy?

I dunno what you did James, but I am no longer able to access this forum. In my Opera browser. Happened suddenly too. I get this weird message that:

http://www.unofficialtexmurphy.com/mess ... /index.php gives me this:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Lost connection to MySQL server during query [2013]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

And then - http://www.unofficialtexmurphy.com/phpbb/index.php gets the main messageboard page up, but just the basic links and no artwork, and every link leads back unto itself. So I can't browse the site. Very weird.

However, curiouser and curiouser, the site works when I access it in IE.

And no, I didn't change anything at all.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, always on Firefox.

I sense a tremor in the force.

Either that, or the LHC is already starting to act up :P

Hmmmm. . .you can't access the forum. . .but you can post this message?!?!?

Maybe a new case for Tex!

Anyway, I don't know what Mr. James LeMesswithyou  did, but here's the new link:

Yeah...I think the LHC is throwing everything off today (honestly, we had computer hiccups at work all day today, too...). In this case, however, I think it is due to a combination of server maintenance at our new host that was scheduled for today, combined with a poorly written .htaccess redirect on my part. I'll have it straightened out right directly...

...but I still blame the Swiss. :)

I got that General message the other day through my Firefox browser... I don't think it was targeted at Opera alone... I think it was just a general error... Everything seems smooth now though...

Should all be fixed now. Let me know if anybody runs into anything else. Thanks!

In Heaven:
-- The police are English
-- The lovers are Italian
-- The engineers are German
-- The cooks are French
-- And the whole place is run by the Swiss.

In Hell:
-- The police are German
-- The lovers are Swiss
-- The engineers are French
-- The cooks are English
-- And the whole place is run by the Italians.

This is a great case of it's funny because it's true.

The thought of Italians running the whole thing is more frightening than the eternal fires of Hell.

Don't forget to re-apply your favicon as well at some stage.
