As you may have heard, Rabid fans at Starmen.net made their own very professional-grade translation of Mother 3, the GBA sequel to Earthbound for the SNES, after it became apparent that Nintendo was never going to release it in western markets.
This is The Greatest Game I Have Ever Played (sorry Tex). It is completely brilliant.

This news proves things: A) The power of a devoted fan base and B) The massive potential for story in video games (this game will do things to you).

So... never say die?

I have been following this since its inception..... its been a long wait.

Also persona 2 has been released.... that also has been in the making for a while
