Unofficial Tex Murphy

I've been doing a bit of thinking about this and I think it's something that could be quite popular. As you know, my favourite website at the moment is http://www.gog.com which, in short, is a digital distribution store for classic games. Every time I go there I find something new just has to be purchased. I think this would be a good site to have regular updates for as i'm sure there's something in it for everyone here. Either that or we'll just end up having individual threads for each game that is relased.

So how about it?

honestly don't see much of a point, many digital distribution networks offer classical games- GOG.com just has exclusivity when it comes to Interplay, JoWood ect.. because I've noticed the games coming out on GOG.com are almost identical to the ones coming out on Steam and GamersGate and in some cases Impulse.

Their Windows95 games are great though, but their dos games are just lame DosBox Shells that aren't really worth the money (because they don't work properly anyway) - its very lazy and with ROTT I felt a bit ripped off.

It's a good service. I think you will start seeing more and more their that Steam will never bother offering.

Just have a thread titled GOG and when someone buys from it, they post to the Thread, it will keep it up top depending on how popular it is...
