The government did the same thing here with the most recent Tax Stimulus... Disabled Americans were given an additional $250 in May and the government paid that to thousands of dead people, some of which were never even citizens, so explain how they paid someone without a Social Security Number and on top of that they had been dead since the 1930s...

I love it when people make mistakes like this. It's like when hospitals write to "Mr Bloggs, deceased"
