Random question. Is it me or are Jen and I the only chicks here? Any other ladies lurking around here? I'm only judging by the pictures for avatars.

I know Tex is popular among the guys but am curious if Tex has as strong a following among women.

What a good question! There have been others over the years but you two are the only ones with staying power. (Some how that didn't come out just right.)

Ripley was one our dearly beloved who passed away a few years back....cancer I think.

There was one gal who was almost as old as I am, but I do not remember her handle or name.

Wait! What about Joliet Jane? Sorry for temporarily forgetting you, my dear. Old age and all.

Many years back there was this sweet young girl from England who loved Tex, but there was a bit of a falling out over personal matters.

Sam, Jen, Plumgas, Jane, I'm certain there is one more, doesn't post very often anymore, can't remember her name though for the life of me... Trying to think of the Avatar used and that is escaping me as well...

So I can think of 4 of you ladies off the top of my head, with that possible 5th if it comes to me...
People like Jim, Jen, Cub, etc will have memories of older members who don't come around often anymore...
After all I've only been a member of this fine upstanding community for 2 years and 15 days {at the time of this post}, which is a little more than a flinch to some of you...

Ah so at least 4 active female members. That's not too bad compared the number of active posters. I was just curious since I can only guess at some people's avatars.

Wasn't there a Cyndi V or something like that a while back too? I always thought that was a girl. If I'm wrong, please accept my apology beforehand.

And didn't Doug Vandegrift's daughter swing by at some point?
