k.... so our city has had near emergency level snowfall over the last 3 days.

Monday, some areas of the city got 80cm = 31.5 inches
Tuesday 30 cm = 11.8 inches
and today we expect 20 cm = 7.9 inches.

and we expect more through out the week in small doses. WHAT THE HELL?????

Went to work on Monday expecting to be sent home and they didn't send us home til my shift was almost over.... didn't make that mistake on Tuesday and just called in. They ended up sending them home at noon, and today they are shut down totally at the mayors request so the roads are free and they can get caught up on plowing. I have Thursday to Monday booked off to go see my parents out of town. Woohoo! super long weekend.

BTW, my hair is a mess cause i was wearing a hat before.

You remember my pics from February??? At least you are up north where things like this can be expected... lol

Personally I love snow...

I loved snow when I didn't have to deal with it.

I still like it, but might like it more if I had a heavy duty snow blower =P

My father said the same thing in the Blizzard of 96-97... He went out and got one the Spring of 97 and didn't need it until the Blizzard of 02-03... lol
But he was thankful he decided to get it even though it sat until its cover in the corner of the garage for 7 years...

Hey that's where our snow went, I thought it was really sparse up here. GIVE US OUR SNOW BACK! Seriously though I can see how that much snow could upset the productivity of the London. I'm just used to seeing 6 foot snow banks so it's old news where I'm from. At least you didn't have to call in the army to shovel show like Toronto that one year.
