I thought we needed a space where we can unload our daily encounters on. The moments need not be long. There is no minimum time frame or cut off. They could be in the blink of an eye or last the length of rotation around the sun. These moments take us by surprise, make us think and obviously distract us from our train of thought. They intrigue us, excite us and overall make us go "what the hell?" Think of it as Twitter...with substance.

I'll kick us off:

Random moment -

in the Law Library right now taking notes from my reading on Lease and Rental of Property legislation, methodically reading through the sections of the relevant law. Student next to me wearing headphones, clicking frantically on a USB mouse attached to his laptop. When I mean clicking i mean click-click-clickclick-click-clickclick-click-clickclick-click-clickclick-click-clickclick-click-click in the space of 10 seconds. Wow, this guy is really getting into it, what's he studying?

Oh, Starcraft 2.

Just finished off a very active weekend where I made a sandbox for my daughter with a completely new lawn around it on Saturday. On Sunday I was out playing the Danish Championships in Badminton in company sport and afterwards went for a 9-hole round on a Pay And Play golf course with my wife. Played a round of 32 strokes - only 3 over par.

Very nice weekend and I know it may not be a "random moment" per say but it's still a moment in my life - yet a rather big moment

I was at the shopping centre and saw an attractive girl. As i turned my head to look, i walked into a pole.

It doesn't just happen in bad comedies!

Also doesn't Twitter with substance defeat the purpose of social media to begin with?

Bin working weekend shift (12 houers of boredom) for 2 days, just bought be a new computergame to pass the time.

installed it at home all good, got to work (with onley internet on company computers), started steam, go offline, got an error " could not go to offline mode, cant connect to steam lcoal cluster.

this completley baffeled me, a offline mode that needs internet connection :S

I'm actually more for the individual threads then categorizing things into giant threads. That way I don't have to sift through large threads to find a topic that interests me. But if this is something the community wants then go for it.

I just got up from a two hour nap after work...and it's my Friday...on a Monday of all things. That's kind of random.

Bought a bag of hard candies... and now the only time someone wants to come up and talk to me is straight after I put one of the darn things in my mouth. They are so big it's hard to keep a straight face... even harder to answer a question without dislodging said lolly.

Oh, and I got hit by a Gamma Ray today. Lucky I had my SPF 50+ on...

Note to fellow fitness freaks: running on the treadmill is less painful when you don't stub your toes on the foot of the bed on your way out.

Well I just signed the paperwork for the new house in Washington. Now I'm officially in debt to 2 houses! Hopefully I'll be able to sell my TX house this summer.

First of il start with saying i love this topic

for the first time this year i shaved my whole beard, I allways have some om my beard since i look like im 12 without it, but today when the sun was shining and i had gotten my barber stuff out i desided to take it all, normaly this issent a problem but having tosed away all my normal razors i was left with my straight razor blade.... i now have 4 cuts on my face, and looking even younger

Walked into the office with a giant cooking pot today to make up for the lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen here, and god dammit I want my noodles!

People may have questioned it but then realised I was the guy that decided to take a cup of coffee with me during real fire evacuation.
