So with the shipping, do they just send us an email to pay the shipping through amazon at a later date?

I picked my 100 tier with the button, so only 100 is authorized to come off my credit card, so shipping won't be included..

I just wanted to make sure I did this right.

Shipping needs to be included in the pledge.

Nope you did it wrong!

You make your pledge for the amount WITH shipping, and then you pick the reward tier. At this point you haven't been charged, only preauthorized, so it should be easy to go back and hit the "manage your pledge" button to fix.
