Project Fedora Documentary at $30 tier
For all of you wondering what the Documentary of Project Fedora will be about, I mailed AC & CJ about it and got the following reply:

I'm really looking forward to checking this out and I'm sure a lot of you are too. Just wanted to let you guys knowAC & CJ wrote:Hi Morten,
Thanks for the support! Our documentary will focus on the creation of the Tex Murphy character - from a home movie made by Chris and friends in 1989 - throughout the five Tex Murphy games (Mean Streets, Martian Memorandum, Under a Killing Moon, Pandora directive, and Overseer), the 15 year hiatus and the attempts to bring him back, and production of Project Fedora.
Thanks! - Have a great weekend.

Cool, thats great to hear.
I think they are focusing too much on Private Messages or Interviews outside the main Kickstarter page though. For example when people started to get worried when hearing the game might be made "for modern audiences with shorter attention spans in mind" and "easier / slick / quicker paced" they answered it anywhere but the main Kickstarter page, some may still be on the fence or hesitating to up their pledge.
For info about rewards, I feel its something that could be added to FAQ. See Wasteland 2's FAQ for example:

I think along with what they said in your quote and any answers to other questions they may of answered privately (some were curious if it will be feature length or episodic and how similar it will be to DoubleFine's documenting which many pledged for) they should also add this line from the RetroNick Interview to a FAQ of "What do I receive with the $30 reward?"

They could also add the answers about shipping etc. This is something we wish we had done for other games such as Pandora Directive and Overseer, but it is something that requires a conscious decision before production starts to follow things day by day to truly make it a whole story for people to see how it all comes together. With "Project Fedora" we intend to document it from Day 1.
