Jim! I don't think anybody's mentioned this yet, but it needs to be said.

"WE KEPT THE FAITH, JIM! WE KEPT THE FAITH!"

And look where we are now! On the cusp of reward for years of vigil.

I just wanted to say, Thank you Jim. For all you've been and still are to this community! Thank you for helping us keep the candle in the window burning brightly.

I am totally overwhelmed....truly! First, this is the best message board in existence. Second, what a fantastic group of people from all parts of the globe. Pat yourselves on the back! Third, I was a little unsure of reaching our goal, but look what you have done! 94% as of June 7th!!! WOW! This is really a Kodak moment for all of us!

And Yes, Fred, you kept the faith and we are ready to rock in a new Tex game. Awesome!

Not to turn this into suck-up time, but you know who else kept the faith? Chris, Aaron, Adrian, Doug, and everyone at Big Finish and beyond. Good show on believing, through all those years, that come hell or high water there was still room in this world for variety in gaming. Good job on fighting Hitler's plans for gaming hegemony!

And I agree Frank, its pretty key that the core team has remained close and been so determined to continue the series. There are other game series with a long-standing fanbase I would like to see continue but the creative team have mostly parted ways or gone onto other pursuits it seems. But here is very different.

I would also like to throw my fedora into the ring. Being a member of some of us who have been here for years, it always has been Jim that has kept our spirits high and one of the constant shining light keeping this board to thrive. That's the spirit Jen.

I think we should all gather for a group hug. We all hung in and supported each other all these years. When one of us was down, the others pulled them back up. So thanks to everyone for sticking together.

You've always been the man, Jim, I hope you know that. When things came down the pike, everything finally looked up, and clicked together finally, who do we look to as if to say "Did we do good?" ... Our equivalent of the wise-man, our witch-doctor, our beloved Patron of Tex, The Old Guy.
