Know someone who doesn't know Tex Murphy?

So in the final stretch now getting new blood in is probably going to be important (assuming existing backers upping their pledge doesnt push us to the final stretch goal)

I've created a page for the Steam Group (after someone asked "What is this about?") which talks about who Tex Murphy is and the world he lives in. As well as collecting together some relevant info from interviews about the gameplay and their approach to FMV. And also it has links to some of the key updates (e.g. Aaron talking about the gameplay and story, reward breakdowns, Chris on stretch goals, actor testimonials etc.).

Thanks I know the owner of the Steam group said he'd be linking it. Wasn't sure if he had yet so I just linked it there now. Someone tipped me on a typo in the naming of the HTML page so I've fixed that (but also kept the old link incase anyone links to that, both will work).

A lot of people check out a Kickstarter at the beginning and if not totally convinced wait until the last moments before they'll decide to pledge, because usually by the end of the campaign they have added a lot more info on the project to ascertain if its something they'll enjoy/play. So hopefully this page will help some people like that who just want to quickly skim to the most important updates (e.g. its a shame the Aaron on gameplay/story videos are buried in the Updates tab). With this page they can also use the jump links to bounce up and down to the relevant parts of the page.

Thanks! I am going to be busy with work from now so sadly won't be able to promtoe Tex as much as I would of liked in the last days :( So I guess this is sort of something that can hopefully help in my stead if its spread around :)

I sent the Kickstarter team a message suggesting they might do a summary PDF of the most important stuff about the project with links to the most key Updates for newcomers to the Kickstarter during this final push. And also have in it more info on tex's world etc.

I found the Spaceventure PDF handy when I was trying to decide in the last hour (the only thing that would of made it better would of been links to the most important updates like the last demo)

Good looking page, Sai. But, where did you dig up the Tex Murphy flash series demo to get those pics? I've been looking for that again ever since my computer died in 2002.

Someone at Big Finish is linking it in their Google+ project. I'm not sure how or who because I'm totally new to G+ but it shows how much they think of it.

Cool. They also said they'll link it on the Big Finish website. But I think it's more for people who are coming to the Kickstarter fresh faced. So they aren't going to know about Big Finish' website or the Google+ page. If not a link to the guide page then I hope that they can maybe link a PDF / Powerpoint summary for people new to the Kickstarter and Tex Murphy in general linked at the top of the Kickstarter like the Spaceventure guys did:

Like I say I checked the Spaceventure Kickstarter Day 1 but then didnt have time etc. to check back until the last hour so I wasnt about to go through all their video updates etc. That PDF and the link to the example prominent at the top of their Kickstarter page meant I was caught up on all the info and pledging within 30 minutes.
