If the idea of a business that caters to mutants on Chandler Ave appeals to you, would you please consider choosing that as one of your options when the Survey Monkey is re-released?

Here's my post explaining it...

If I could have a business on Chandler Ave, I would have a store that catered to the less fortunate souls in Old San Francisco. A place that sold supplies to help those affect by radiation with special clothes, utensils, makeup and prosthetics, and non-quacky health items and other aids. I'd call it the "Mutant Mart or Mutant Emporium". Tex could buy stuff there to disguise himself as a mutant, and Tex could watch Chelsee walk out of the store with a brown paper bag, and wonder just what her mutation is.

With the Morlocks lurking around, and the area of Chandle Ave being mostly mutants, I thought it would be a good match.

That's a cool idea and could even combine a number of the options outlined in the survey that was recently uploaded. You could make it into a gift or book store for mutants with a soup kitchen attached to it.

Yeah, being in the Mutant part of town that makes plenty of sense to have a Mutant related business...

Mutant Mart...hmmm...sounds like our local Wal Mart at around 2:00a

I agree that the Post Office defeats the whole point of the mailbox. So I wont be voting for that one. In fact I wont be voting at all unless the link works.

I almost did I almost did. but I chose rival P.I, Jazz Club and Wonder Emporium

I went for this for #1. After all, this section of the "old city" has always been mutant-friendly.

My choices were Rival P.I., Mutant-Mart and... I don't recall what the last one was. Barbershop, maybe? Someplace good for gossip that won't mess up the dynamic of Rook's Pawn and the Brew & Stew.

Going through the quotes bandied about, it looks like they were getting a reading on folks' suggestions. I guess we'll see what makes the cut!

It would be cool if they had a job placement office for mutants. Just sayin': it's hard to be a mutant sometimes.

All good suggestions. The only thing is, I don't want to know what they are before the game is released. I want the game to be a fresh and minty as UAKM, TPD, and TMO.

Yeah, a part of me wants to know the survey results and the other part wants it to be a surprise. I think whatever they go with they will definitely add their own spin on it so there will be stuff to discover. I would like to see the Pet Shop for example to see all the strange post-apocalyptic mutant creatures Aaron and Chris etc. could come up with (like the Geiger in UAKM) and what things Tex would say about them. And how they would be used in the gameplay (like how the pet Geiger was useful).

Same with the others, if they go with Mutant Mart what kind of mutants might we see shopping there? What would Tex have to say about the items? How would they be used in the gameplay? etc.
