Unofficial Tex Murphy

We know they've prophesied things like the PATRIOT act through the Graham Act, and other things, but one thing just occured to me.

The lollies Tex has in his ash tray in the beginning of Overseer, he claims they're nothing but "Good, wholesome, processed sugar".

Since sugar substitutes are turning out to be really, really frickin' bad for you, who knows? The return to sugar as a lesser evil might be imminent.

Just struck me as amusing, is all.

They also prophesied that a bunch of racists would form an authoritarian political party calling themselves "Law and Order Party".. These days we call em the GOP. lol

Further more they also prophesied that Scientology would get enough money to buy a space station and nuke the earth from orbit... Any day now people!
