You could try posting over at Big Finish Games Forum for the Backers and you could try posting on the Kickstarter page...

You could also ask someone at Big Finish who else is going to be in town and if you could possibly get a few email addresses... Explain to them what you have in mind, I'm sure they'll think of a way to help if they can't give out the email addresses... Maybe you could give them permission to pass out your email address to the fellow backers who will be in town with you...
