So My cable provider is thinking of getting rid of AMC.

WTF!!!!! :evil:

They better not.

If Dish is any indication... it will not be gone for long, unless the back clash they have been getting on their facebook page is enough for them not to even consider it.

It is all scare tactics... They are trying to get better pricing and if AMC can get enough people to contact their provider than the provider has no choice but to up their offering price to AMC and if they don't then eventually AMC will come back to the provider with a lower offer... Either way there aren't too many stations out there, especially the popular ones that all providers don't carry...

Dish actually got rid of it for a while.
I hope they don't get rid of it, even if for a month, during the Breaking Bad final 8 episodes.

Yeah, I had Dish for a while and they always seemed to be in a fight with someone. I dropped them after they dropped the Braves games. I was just sick of trying to guess what channels I'd actually be able to see in any given month.
Funny, how their marketing campaign is pay less for the same channels.

Should it not be pay less for the same channels at certain points in the year, and not all of them at once =P
