I know this may have been discussed before, but I just wanted to hear about something.
Up until now I have only known about Tex Murphy through the PC games but as of late I have found an interest (or perhaps even a need) to get hold of the books that Aaron wrote about our beloved detective.
Only problem is ... I can only find them on Amazon and they are all in "used" condition. If I should buy a new book it would be very expensive, so my question is this:
Do any of you know of a place where I can buy both books at reasonable prices without being afraid of buying copies that are too used with coffee stains, ripped pages and such?

Lucky that your wanting to get them now. A couple of years ago both books would have set your back a couple hundred dollars. Since then the prices have drastically gone down but mint one havent as far as I can tell. What I can tell you is that I purchased The Pandora Directive off of Amazon for 25 dollars, it used but it looks in pretty good condition, nothing at all to complain about. My experience with Amazon is that you can usually trust the buyers, so if they say its in a certain condition you can trust them.

Alright - so I'll keep a look out at Amazon then and see if I can find a "Very Good" condition book at a reasonable price. I suppose they should be quite trustworthy when they mention the condition of the books, so I guess I should just go for it!

Well ... I took a chance and wanted to buy the two books off Amazon.com. So I found the books with the best description and best seller feedback which made a total amount of $35 BUT as I'm going to check out and add a delivery address, Amazon suddenly say that the items can't be delivered to Denmark!!
Now why is that??
Could I ask one of you kind people in the US to perhaps buy the books for me, have them shipped over to Denmark and then I'd send the money through a wire transfer or something? I'll, of course, pay for the shipping costs and such. It would be great indeed
